Quantum Country

This resource is an online self-guided set of essays about quantum computing, quantum mechanics, and other quantum topics. It is similar to an online textbook and includes some Q & A for the reader to help reinforce concepts. The authors describe the resource as incorporating a “mnemonic medium” for helping readers solidify the new concepts. In order to take advantage of this feature, users need to sign up for an account that then sets up reminders to review the material. This setup is intended to teach quantum concepts over a fixed period of time, rather than having long-term sustained engagement. It is aimed at non-experts in the topic of quantum science who have some familiarity with math concepts including linear algebra and complex numbers.

Created by: Michael Nielsen, physicist and author, and Andy Matuschak, an independent researcher with a background in software engineering and design
